       Hands up! Clap! Clap! Clap!

       Hands down! Shake! Shake! Shake!

       Hands on hips! Jump! Jump! Jump!

       Hop! Hop! Hop! Stand still! Very good! Sit down, please.

I want you to learn the new poem now. Listen to me and try to understand the poem.

Hands on your hips,

Hands on your knees,

Put them behind you

If  you please.

Touch your shoulders,

Touch your nose,

Touch your ears,

Touch your toes.

Raise your hands high in the air,

At your sides, on your hair.

Raise you hands as before

While you clap: one, two, three, four.

We are having a talk about our summer holidays. It is time to have a rest.

Stand up, please.

Your head is a ball. Roll your ball. (Твоя голова – это мячик. Покатайте мячик.)

Hop on the right (left) foot. (попрыгайте на правой (левой) ноге)

Raise your hands. (поднимите руки.)

Hands down. (Onycmume pyкu.)

Bend right (left). (наклон вправо -влево.)

Jump however you want. (Попрыгайте, кто как хочет..)

You are in the forest. Pick up flowers and berries. (Вы находитесь в лесу. Давайте собирать цветы и ягоды

You can see the high mountain. Can you climb it? (Перед вами высокая гора. Давайте заберемся на эту гору.)

 Children, are you tired. Let's have a rest and do our exercises. Stand up, please. Today we shall remember our game «Be attentive». Listen to me and do what I ask you.

                        Hands down! –Руки вниз!

                        Hands on hips! – Pyки на бёдра!

                        Sit down! -садись!

                        Stand up! -Встать!

                        Hands to the sides! – Pyки в стороны!

                        Bend left! –Поворот налево!

                        Band right! –Поворот на право!

                        Stand still! –Стойте смирно!

                        One, two, three! –Раз , два, три!

                        Stop! -Стой!

                        Sit down! -Садись!

                        Hands up! — Руки вверх!

                    Head and shoulders,

                    Knees and toes,

                    Knees and toes,

                    Knees and toes.

                    Head and shoulders,

                    Knees and toes,

                    Eyes, ears, mouth and nose.

Дети вместе с учителем читают стихотворение несколько раз с ускорением и выполняют движения о которых в нем говорится: дотрагиваясь до плеч, колен, пальцев на ногах и т.д.

I can see you are tired. Can you recite the poem and do exercises?

                    Hands on the hand,

                    Hands on the hips,

                    Hands on the table,

                    Hands like this. (Любое движение)

                    Hands on shoulders,

                    Hands up arid down,

                    Hands behind the head

                    And sit down!

Today we shall leam the new poem. It is called «Halloween Finger Poem» Listen to me, please. Do you like it? Look at me and repeat after me.

                  Little Bear, turn around.

                  Little Bear, touch the ground.

                  Little Bear nod your head,

                  Close your eyes and go to bed.

Will you stand up? Let's remember our poem about London and exercises.

                   Up, down, up, down,

                 (Поднимаем руки вверх и вниз)

                   Which is the way to London?

                  (Разводим руки в стороны.)

                    Where? Where?

                   (Поворачиваемся в стороны)

                    Up in the air,

                   (Смотрим по сторонам.)

                    Close your eyes -

                     (Закрываем глаза.)

                     And you are there!

                     (Открываем глаза.)

Учитель рассказывает стихотворение, а затем переводит его вместе с детьми, предлагает придумать движения.
